I’m trying to book a class but it keeps saying restricted/contact host. What should I do?

You may be getting this error message if you are trying to book a class restricted for your level or if you are a nonmember trying to book more than 7 days before the class (intro classes are excluded). I reserved my spot but don’t want to pay online, what are my options?

Accepted Answer

While online payment is highly recommended to avoid any potential check-in issues, you may pay for classes in-studio by debit/credit card. We only accept VISA, Discover, Mastercard or KeyCard and do not accept cash payments. If you are a first-timer, prepayment is required. Bank transfers can only be done for memberships or first-timer payments.

I booked a free intro class but I’m still seeing the total. Is this right?

Yes, the discount code will be applied when you check in for class.

I want to book a class for myself and a friend, how do I do that?

Accepted Answer

Everyone that takes classes with us needs their own account so that they can sign their waiver and complete their own intake form. Each account can only book one space per class. If you are a member or at a different level, there may be restrictions when booking.
