You may be getting this error message if you are trying to book a class restricted for your level or if you are a nonmember trying to book more than 7 days before the class (intro classes are excluded). While online payment is highly recommended to avoid any potential check-in issues, you may pay for classes in-studio by debit/credit card. We only accept VISA, Discover, Mastercard or KeyCard and do not accept cash payments. If you are a first-timer, prepayment is required. Bank transfers can only be done for memberships or first-timer payments.
Yes, the discount code will be applied when you check in for class.
Everyone that takes classes with us needs their own account so that they can sign their waiver and complete their own intake form. Each account can only book one space per class. If you are a member or at a different level, there may be restrictions when booking.
