FAQs
Your space in class must be reserved in advance, online or through the Momence app. Each account can reserve one spot and you must be 18+ to take a class with us. Grip socks with silicone soles are required for all classes. For your safety, you won’t be able to participate barefoot or in regular socks. Don’t worry, we have socks on sale at the studio if you forget yours. We do not allow recording during any of our group classes, and we have secure lockers to store all your items.
You don’t have to be a member to take classes with us. Regardless of your commitment level, all memberships are billed monthly with thirty (30) days between billing. Our month-to-month and flex memberships are non-binding so you have the flexibility to cancel without a fee. While you may cancel your three month, six month and commitment memberships at any time, you will be charged an early exit fee. Our classes range from 1-6 credits, and the number of credits per class depends on factors like format, time of day, and demand. Regardless of your commitment level, credits purchased are valid for one month but any unused credits will rollover to the next month once your membership remains active. All unused credits will expire on December 31st of each year or when your membership is deactivated. Credits cannot be transferred to someone else, but can be applied to in-studio purchases in December only.
If you have never taken a class with us before, prepayment is required to confirm your spot (unless you’ve booked a free intro class). This non-refundable payment must be made at least 12 hours before the class (unless otherwise stated) using the link in your confirmation email. Failure to complete this payment will result in your spot in class automatically being cancelled. If you need to cancel, this payment will be credited to your account (less any applicable late cancellation fees). No-shows will forfeit the full payment.
If a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically assigned a space based on your position on the waitlist. We’ll send you an email and app push notification at least 60 minutes before class, and credits are only deducted when you are assigned a spot. If you are not a member, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram to be added to the waitlist. Please note, you will need a Momence account (https://momence.com/sign-up/member?hostId=39095&wa=true)to be added to the waitlist for any class. If you need to be taken off the waitlist prior to being assigned a spot, please contact us on WhatsApp.
We understand that plans change so if you need to cancel a class, please do so within our cancellation window — at least 12 hours before the start of class — through your Momence account . If you have to cancel your class outside of this window, you’ll be automatically charged a late cancellation fee. If you are a nonmember, you'll be charged a fee of $2,000 and the balance of prepayment will be credited to your Momence account. If you're a member, we'll deduct 1.5 credits once you cancel at least 3 hours before class and credits will be automatically refunded. For last-minute cancellations, you'll be charged the $2,000 fee.
We understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot make it to class. However, class space is limited and your failure to cancel prevents other members from being moved off the waitlist and getting the opportunity to take a class. As a result, you will be charged $3,500 no show fee and if you are a member, your credits will also be forfeited.
All membership payments are nonrefundable.
