OUR CLASSES

1. Make sure you're signed in to your account. If you don't have an account, please create one here.

2. Click any class that works for you that says "Book Now". If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist. If you're not a member, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram to be added.

3. Select your spot in class — any reformer in green is available.

4. If you aren't booking with membership credits, you should continue as "Book and pay later". If you are booking outside of the Momence app, make sure the "Book and pay later" box is checked. 

5. Once your spot is successfully reserved in class, you'll receive a confirmation email including a link to pre-pay for class if you didn't book with credits. Tip: Add the class to your calendar using the link at the bottom of the confirmation email or from the confirmation screen on the app.

New to reformer pilates or our studio? This is the perfect starting point. We’ll guide you through reformer basics, essential terminology, foundational poses, and an introduction to our core methodology. We encourage all prospective members to start here before trying any other class as our approach is different — this is Pilates Redefined.

Get a taste of mat pilates at AB LAB. We’ll introduce you to our core methodology, proper form and body alignment, and essential terminology so you get the most out of every workout. We encourage anyone new to pilates to start here before trying other mat classes, so you know how to move safely, confidently, and with intention.

This isn’t the ballet you’re used to. It’s a dynamic, low-impact workout built on small, controlled movements and full-body sculpting to strengthen and tone your muscles. In barre 101, we’ll give you a strong foundation for any of our barre classes, and we strongly recommend starting here if you’re just starting your fitness journey or new to barre.
